Visual inspection of combustion face and valve seats, marking verification (0V12A0048 / QD5768), completeness check of valves, springs and assembled condition. Photographic approval taken from client before dispatch.
Scope of Work & Delivery Execution
We sourced a genuine Wärtsilä 32LN cylinder head (part number 0V12A0048) from our Alang inventory for a client operating four-stroke medium-speed generating sets in Southeast Asia.
The head was supplied in used/complete condition — fully assembled with valves and springs — and inspected before dispatch. Manufacturer markings were verified against the requirement: markings QD5768, TP 10 6,0 BAR and A[+]B 181197 were confirmed on the component.
Photographic documentation of the head, its valve train and complete assembled condition was shared with the client for approval prior to packing. The unit was prepared for sea-worthy export transit and shipped to the client's port of destination.
